We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IOT Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines technical expertise in IoT Implementation with strong Pre-sales capabilities to support our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a blend of engineering skills, customer-facing experience, and a deep understanding of IoT technologies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:1.Technical Support for Sales:
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during pre-sales engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations of IoT solutions.
2.Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with customers to design customized IoT solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Develop and implement IoT solutions for industrial automation, including sensor integration, data collection, and analysis.
- Develop detailed solution architectures, diagrams, and documentation to support sales efforts.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different IoT components and platforms
- Create and maintain documentation for IoT systems and solutions.
3.Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct testing and validation of IoT systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices, networks, and applications.
4.Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and technical workshops to showcase IoT capabilities.
5.Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest IoT trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer requirements.
6.Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on IoT solutions and best practices.
- Develop and deliver technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IoT development, automation, and integration.
- Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for IoT security and compliance.
