Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. - Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our healthcare products and services.
  3. - Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and support to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
  4. - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating our online platforms, and accessing relevant resources.
  5. Qualifications:
  6. - Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or related field preferred.
  7. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  8. - Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  9. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
  10. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed to support international clients across different time zones.
