Telecalling Executive (International Voice Process)
Experience :- 6 Months to 1 Year in International Voice Process or Customer Service Support
Roles & Responsibilties :-
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our products, pricing, and availability, offering comprehensive answers to customer questions.
- Collaborate with other member to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently across various platforms.
Skills:
- Good Communication skills in various Accent
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with people and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven track record of effectively convincing leads and converting them into customers.
Timings:
11am to 8pm (IST)

Pay: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
