Job Description

Telecalling Executive (International Voice Process)

Experience :- 6 Months to 1 Year in International Voice Process or Customer Service Support

Roles & Responsibilties :-

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our products, pricing, and availability, offering comprehensive answers to customer questions.

  • Collaborate with other member to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues promptly.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently across various platforms.

    Skills:


  • Good Communication skills in various Accent

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

  • Enthusiasm for engaging with people and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven track record of effectively convincing leads and converting them into customers.

    Timings:


    11am to 8pm (IST)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
