Hiring for International Voice Process for Technical Support/ Non-Technical Support - MNC Client - Hyderabad
Job Title: Technical Support/ Non-Technical Support
Location:Hyderabad
Job Type:Contract (8 months - 1 year)
Shift Timings:Rotational shifts, including night shifts
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION is mandatory ( US or UK or British Ascent needed)
For Technical Support -
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
- Assist with Office 365 and Active Directory troubleshooting
- Handle networking and Windows 10 OS issues
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Interview Process:
- Versant Test (cut-off score: 65+)
- Technical Round
- Manager/Senior Manager Round
