Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual calls.

In dedicated cases provide briefing information to appropriate.

Answer inbound customer calls, including detailed recording of the issue according to defined processes.

Required Candidate profile

Graduates having excellent communication (verbal &written)

Freshers or experienced both are eligible.

Flexible to work in Night shifts

5 working days / 2 weeks off.
