Role: Customer Support Executive

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: Rotational shift

Qualification: PUC & Grads

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner..

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support cases.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Provide product information, guidance, and support to customers.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Contribute to the development of support resources, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Preferred candidate profile:

* Customer support experience in International Voice Process only

* Candidate should be comfortable with night shift
