Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as BPO Associate. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from/to international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide information about products and services, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure timely and professional follow-up on customer issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.

Requirements:

• Freshers and Experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English
• Ensure Timely& Professional Responses to all queries.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Night shift only.
• The shift timings will be 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.
