We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries and concerns
• Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service level agreements are met

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an International Voice Process role
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
• Proficient in using computer applications and software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and logically
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work requirements
