Job Description

Job Title: International Voice Process Associate
  • Location: Bangalore, India
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic International Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients and providing solutions to their queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Issue Resolution:
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments if necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Update customer records with pertinent information and feedback.
Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with service standards.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with product knowledge and communication techniques.
Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics as required.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
