Overview:
As a Customer Care Executive - Fresher, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to senior team members
