Job Overview
We are hiring for the role of International Voice Process with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism
- Good typing skills and computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
- Prior experience in credit and collection will be an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international voice process including inbound and outbound calls
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Respond to customer queries regarding product information, pricing, and technical support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
