• Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled International Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work in US/UK shift timings, and generate leads from events and LinkedIn.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads from events and LinkedIn

- Pitch services to potential clients

- Set up virtual meetings for internal teams

- Handle outbound calls to international clients

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Eligibility Criteria:

- 1-3 years of experience in international calling (US/UK shifts)

- Excellent command over English (written and verbal)

- Telecalling experience with a proven track record

- Ability to work in US/UK shift timings (flexibility to adjust shifts)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation

• Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday (General Shift: 10am to 7pm initially)

- Flexibility to work in US/UK shift timings as required

• Compensation:

- Fixed salary: INR 26,000 per month (max)
