We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our International Voice Process team in Mangalore. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support to clients across various international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Document interactions and follow up as needed.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Prior experience in a voice process is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
