Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice process for Noida location

Healthcare Knowledge is Preferrable
1-2 Yrs Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process
Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
Willing to work in 24/7 environment.
Open to Work from Office
Healthcare Knowledge is Preferrable
