Job Requirements :

• Strong customer support, BPO Voice, Outbound Calling, Customer Service, Customer Support.
• Familiarity with international voice processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
