Job Overview

FLY Consulting Services is seeking a talented and experienced International Voice professional to join our team. As an International Voice representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice or Customer Service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Knowledge of voice process and call center operations
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound and outbound voice calls regarding customer queries and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
