Description

We are looking for candidates to join our International Voice and Chat Process team. The role involves providing customer service and support to our global clients through both voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through voice and chat channels
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and internet usage
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
