Role Description: This is a full-time role for an International Voice Process Associate who will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients and enhancing their experience with the company.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Strong Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication

Ability to understand client needs

Demonstrated skills in Relationship Building

Experience/knowledge in Digital Marketing and advertising technology would be beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
