Customer Satisfaction / Delight= NPS 90 (every quarter); OTIF 100% (monthly)
- Receipt of payments= Average receivables within 40days (+/- 5 days)
- Pricing adjustments= Quarterly internal pricing review / presentation; settlement within 30 days of request.
- Scheduling and planning= Sales order entry within 24 hours of order receipt; schedules to plant by 10th of previous month; order book from customer for next 3 months to be full.
- Customer connects= RAILS for tier 1 accounts (weekly); fixed frequency for customer calls for tier 1 accounts; customer response within 48 hours.
