Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious International Sales Specialist with a strong background in fashion and design, coupled with experience in the e-commerce industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving global sales and enhancing our online presence in diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
->Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of international fashion and e-commerce trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify opportunities for growth in emerging markets and established regions.
->Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that leverage e-commerce platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital campaigns that drive online sales.
->Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including retailers and online marketplaces.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
->Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential international clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
->Collaboration with Design and E-commerce Teams:
- Partner with design and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
->Sales Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, online metrics, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:->Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
->Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales within the fashion industry, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in online and international markets.
->Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales software and CRM systems, as well as e-commerce analytics tools.
