Key Duties & Responsibilities:_
_
Managing business by strategizing, planning & executing of strategy. Monitoring various parameters to ensure sales numbers are achieved as per strategy: -_
o Category-wise, month wise primary, and secondary target achievement.
o Fortnight review with partners (quality aspect)
o New initiatives (for future growth) review (to document in task sheet)

Channel Management:_
o Partner Development & Operations as per Organisational Strategy - Execution of Plan
o EBO Development, Network Expansion, Alternate Channel development as per Plan
o Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale - Execution of VM for watch/OSD
o Management - Store Operations, Staff Training, Customer Experience, Store Hygiene, VM, Data Flow.
o Managing Duty Free & Duty Paid vendor

Channel Development_
o Elements of task sheet like dealer coverage, dealers billed, consistent dealers , quality channel (category wise no. of dealer being billed ), brand visibility drive , Enthusiastic dealer creation improvement etc .

Process Management_
o Mid-Month & End of Month Business Reviews with Partners & Team - Execution Closure of Meeting Actionable
o PSI Management, Business Analytics
o Visit of Key POS as per Visit Plan - Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable
o Optimisation of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers - Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closure

People Management_
o Training of Distributor Staff as per Training Calendar
o Development of Sl & NP distributor Sales Team as per Strategic directions

Qualification & Experience:_
Must have 6 to 9 years of experience with broad import Export Knowledge, General Trade Management (distributor & dealer management), Distribution/channel expansion management,
Analyse market/trend/data
Fashion category knowledge
New Business Development
Business Project Management
Experience of managing in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal or related market
Experience in Duty Free and Duty Paid
Must have completed Graduate/MBA (full-time) with strong academics of 60% throughout is preferred
Must have excellent English language communication skills - spoken & written
Analytical and Data-driven problem solver with proficiency in MS Office

- 00 - 1,500,000.00 per year
