Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Representative with a strong background in international sales. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience in the IT services industry, a proven track record in cold calling and email campaigns, and exceptional communication skills. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Bidding Portals: Source and acquire business leads from various bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored IT service solutions.Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the client base in international markets.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including pricing and service agreements, to potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and business development initiatives.Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development and international sales within the IT service industry.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Skills:- Proven experience in cold calling and executing successful email campaigns.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
