Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Process Trainer at RAAD-M in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis, providing New Hire Training, utilizing strong Presentation Skills, applying Analytical Skills, and enhancing Communication within the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training experience
  • Strong Presentation Skills and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze and adapt training methods
  • Experience in sales process training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Training or related field is a plus
