The Outbound Sales Reps (Inside Based) responsibilities include creating end user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls. They will manage a new or existing sales territory with moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization.Additionally, Outbound Reps will develop opportunities and create high market share customers.The position requires both relationship building and new business development.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement
Be able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making
Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
Be organized, agile and a forward thinker
Ability to create urgency with customers to make buying decisions
Technical skills with the ability to utilize all provided sales tools (CRM, SAP, Excel) to maximize customer spend opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience
Proven experience in closing sales and maintaining a loyal customer base via the phone
Goal driven; known for exceeding sales goal and expectations
Self-motivated: strong work ethic and have a desire to control their income
Strong organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills
Location: Malad - West. Mumbai - 400064
Working Days: 5 Days Working; Monday- Friday (7 PM to 4.30 AM)
