EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience into Direct as well as Channel Sales into Food Ingredients / Flavours
- Selling to food or beverage B2B clients directly or through a distribution network
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- Excel at crafting powerful partnerships with International B2B clients enabling transformative growth and success.
- Ability to do market research of the focussed business segments for the MENA (Middle East & Africa) region
- Develops sales strategy to satisfy business plan objectives as well as to maximize sales opportunities in the flavours sector.
- Partnering with distributor channels in these regions for business development in partnership with the distirbutor and managing the distributor relationships.
- Develops sales forecasts and controls expenses in line with the budget.
- Understanding the customer requirements and effectively communicates with R & D Team and provide winning solution.
- Increase wallet share of the existing accounts and grow their overall revenue.
- Maintain and builds knowledge of customers industry as well products and markets to target opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities and maintains extensive business knowledge.
- Provides on-going support and follow-up to ensure timely shipment of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build, maintain and grow the network of nistributors in the MENA region.
- Responsible for relationship building at the highest levels within the region.
CANDIDATES PROFILE
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.
- Proven track record of a successful sales career in flavour or food ingredients sales
- Experience in developing business in Middle East & Africa will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of successfully working within sales and support Teams.
