Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with importers, driving our business expansion in international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of global trade dynamics, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential importers and international clients for Pazago's services.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Present Pazago's services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with importers and international clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and market conditions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align on client acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the import-export or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics and import-export processes.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience in the cross-border trade or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of additional languages relevant to target markets.
- Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance.
