International Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Identify organic food buyers at the international level and convert them into regular customers

  • Build a strong network of organic (NOP and NPOP) food buyers at the international level
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base

Key Requirements

  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in the organic food industry
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
