Position: International Sales Executive (Tiles Industry)

**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in international territories. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the tiles industry.
Key Responsibilities-
1. **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
2. **Sales and Business Development:**
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer feedback effectively.
4. **Product Presentation and Promotion:**
- Present and promote Mineralia's product range to international clients.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase products and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
5. **Sales Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the tiles or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
