Job Description

Job Title : International Sales Executive - Night Shift

  • Job Type : Full-time, 5 Days Working
  • Timing : 7 PM to 3 AM
  • Salary : Up to 5.5 LPA

Overview :

We are seeking an International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the international market and comfortable working night shifts (7 PM to 3 AM). As an International Sales Specialist, you will engage in client calls, build and maintain client relationships, create sales pipelines, and contribute to our business growth. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular client calls to understand needs and present solutions.
  • Negotiations and Deals: Efficiently negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Outbound Initiatives: Initiate outbound calls and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
  • Client Support: Address queries and concerns to maintain strong client relationships.

Additional Requirements :

  • International Experience: Proven experience with international clients, especially Canadian market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to adapt communication style for diverse backgrounds.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of international sales regulations and compliance.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in RCM/EMR sales preferred.
  • Sales Performance: History of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
