Job Description
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, lead nurturing, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of creating leads through various channels, including prospect searching, social media, and other innovative methods. The role will also involve managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership with our company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities internationally.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Utilize various prospect searching, social media, and networking channels to create a robust lead pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Lead Nurturing And Closing
- Engage with leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Present service solutions effectively and close sales deals.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Business Development
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand our market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings based on market feedback.
- Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them.
Account And Client Management
- Manage client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and promptly address their inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in international sales, lead nurturing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of international markets and cultural nuances (an asset).
