Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C) in the USA market to generate leads and close sales.

Present and sell products or services to potential clients effectively.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Record interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better engage prospects.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience, preferably in the USA market.

Education: 12th/PUC (or equivalent).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in night shifts to match USA business hours.

Immediatejoiners are highly preferred.
