Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on expanding our HVAC , Cleanroom Solutions C pharmaceutical equipment and services in the African market .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering within the pharmaceutical cleanroom industry and a proven track record of successful market expansion and sales growth in international markets.

Key Result Areas

Job Title: International Sales Engineer Pharmaceutical Industry (Africa)

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territories (Africa) to achieve sales targets.

Appoint capable agents in respective countries and guide & assist them to achieve targets

Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry across the designated markets.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client needs are met and to understand and capture requirements for product development.

Offer after-sales support services and provide technical back-up as required.

Analyse costs and sales, and report to senior management on sales results and productivity.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
