Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective international clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Present and promote products and services to generate sales and achieve targets.
- Inbound Sales Calls:
- Handle inbound inquiries from international clients, providing product information and addressing customer needs.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
- Identify and approach prospective clients through various lead generation activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients over the phone.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Use CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
