Educational Requirements: Bachelors minimum
Work Experience: 2 years and above
Residence: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar only
Work Background Preferred: Telecom Customer Service Representative or International Sales
Responsibilities:
- Studying the market in the target country or countries.
- Identifying new customers for developing new business.
- Regularly communicating with clients on call and emails.
- Contact potential or existing customers and inform them about our products.
- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook - very important!
- Fluent English communication with the client - very important!
