International Rate Specialist
Full time, Bangalore (Onsite)
You will report to Manjunath Murugan
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of appropriate staffing levels and availability of resources to achieve desired service levels.
As an International Rate Specialist, you will
- Process per tariff and IATA rules
- Need knowledge on manual GDS entries.
- Need knowledge on Components of tickets/ticketing.
- Need ability to perform ticketing/exchanges/refunds manually.
- Need World Geographical knowledge (Cities, Capitals)
- Understand and support Service Level Agreements
- Support BCD Travel preferred vendor agreements when applicable
About You
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Domestic exchange/ticketing and international faring experience
- Proficient with GDS Sabre and Amadeus
- Advanced knowledge of NA domestic and international geography
- Expert knowledge of International Air Transport Association (IATA) rules and tariffs
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote
- Proven track of self-sufficiency
