Responsible for all aspects of analysis ofprofitable global sourcing, including but not limited to: supplier onboardingand vetting, supplier contracts, supplier management, expeditor management,licensing agreements and contracts, overseas supply chain and landed costmodels, container optimization and MOQ negotiation, quality control, productdevelopment and compliance.
Reviews and analyse proposal requirements,ensure overall quality, and ensure 100% compliance with the Request forInformation (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and other proposalrequirements.
Procurement Analyst is primarily responsible forthe analysis bidding process from initial RFP/contact through contract signingby overseeing the initiation and coordination of proposal technical developmentprocess and manage proposal related tasks.
Analyst is to partner with Sales team tocomplete questionnaires, RFPs, bids, forms, and general requests forinformation from customers who require additional information before awardingthe business and placing purchase products.
Drive all analysis activities leading costreduction leveraging landed cost methodologies, considering transportation,duties, insurance, and other elements to be the lowest cost provider.
Supports the preparation of offers, bids,contracts and other sales-related documents required by customers forproducts/services/solutions. Understands standard pricing and bidstrategy.
This position will negotiate withsuppliers/vendors to procure products and services at the optimal prices, termsby utilizing strategic sourcing strategies and knowledge of the retailindustry.
Ensure that all contracts relating to productsourcing contain all details negotiated within the contract including pricingand quantity.
Prepare appropriate reports and analysis to aidin decision making for sourcing the products.
Help manage and analyse procurement, planning,scheduling, and inventory, shipping and receiving and delivering products tocustomers.
Set up a comprehensive competitive proposal forthe customer.
Ensures work is being coordinated between properdepartments to meet project requirements.
Ensures effective management of procurementprocedures as established in company policies.
Reporting status information to variousdepartments as requested.
Communicates needs and objectives to keyinternal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sales, service,manufacturing, and management.

Qualifications:
Masters degree, Supply Chain Management, orother related discipline
3 to 6 years of procurement, supply chainexperience, including working on logistics activities and commodity items.
Prior experience working in logistics/ supplychain role in domestics shipment is required.
