Market Research & Analysis:Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities in various global markets. Analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs to create informed business strategies.
Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base. Identify potential distributors, importers, and clients, and build partnerships that enhance business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with international customers and partners. Actively engage with existing and potential clients to maintain ongoing communication, gather referrals, and address any concerns.
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market conditions and business performance.
- Referral & Networking Programs:
Develop customer referral programs to leverage satisfied clients for new business leads. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to create new connections.
Manage negotiations, sales contracts, and agreements with international clients, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements while maximizing profit margins.
- Brand Promotion & Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns for different regions. Promote the brand through digital channels, social media, and offline advertising.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the stone or construction material industry.
Strong knowledge of global markets, import/export regulations, and industry practices.- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets in international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and market research platforms.- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
