Job Title: International Voice Inbound Calling Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

We are hiring for an International Voice Inbound Calling Executive with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 months of experience in international calling (inbound).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Minimum 8 months of experience in international calling (inbound).
• Ability to work from the office in Hyderabad.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
