Job Description:

Nifar is seeking a skilled International Customer Support Executive with at least 6 months of experience in handling international customers. The ideal candidate will assist customers via phone, email, or chat and resolve their issues efficiently. You will be responsible for providing product information, troubleshooting, and offering excellent support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist international customers via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Provide product/service information and troubleshooting support.

Minimum 6 months of experience in international customer support.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
