Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer support or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of any other language is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
