Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or Final Year Result awaited
Experience: 0-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
