Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (UG/Grads) preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or customer support.
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: 32,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
