We are seeking an experienced International Customer Care professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service to our international clients.

Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

Location: Thane, Wagle Estate

Role: US Collection Voice Process-

Salary - 30k - 40k + unlimited incentives

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Off: 2 days

BENEFITS - CAB FACILITY/TRAVELLING ALLOWANCES, JOINING BONUS

US SHIFTS (6.30PM - 3.30AM) , 5DAYS WORKING - 2 ROTATIONAL WEEK OFFS

Min 1 yr exp in international voice process(customer care)

Immediate joiners preffered

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to customers in the United States for collection purposes.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3.Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

4. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in international(us voice )customer service or collections is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

3. Ability to work in a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).

4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

5. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
