Role: International Voice Process Representative

Interview Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (mandatory for experienced candidates)

Interview time: 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

As an International Voice Process Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service and support to international clients

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information

Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records

Working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Ability to work in a rotational shift (US Rotational Shifts)

Freshers and Experienced (with minimum 1 year / 12 months) can apply

Qualifications: 10th Pass or above

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build rapport with customers

Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications

Additional Information:

Candidates should carry valid ID proof to the interview

The interview process will consist of 3 rounds: HR, VNA (voice and accent test), and Operations

The company offers fixed weekend offs (Saturday and Sunday)

The maximum age limit is 32 years
