Location: VADODARA, GUJARAT.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Chemical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical trading and sales, with a proven track record of success in international markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the international chemical market.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients and partners worldwide.
3. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
6. Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
7. Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research as needed.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably with a focus on international markets and trading.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
6. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
7. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
