Job Overview

FLY Consulting Services is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Chat Process. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in international chat processes and possess excellent customer service skills. As an International Chat Process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through chat and other digital communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in international chat processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of chat software and digital communication tools
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
  • Good typing speed with accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide support through chat and other digital communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
