We are looking for an experienced International Cargo Customer Care Executive to join our logistics-based company. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be able to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and complaints related to international cargo shipments
- Coordinating with various stakeholders such as carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to customer complaints and resolutions
- Communicating with customers regarding shipment status updates and any delays or issues that may arise
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
