Job Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
- Work independently to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call centre environment.
- Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills.
- Age limit below 40 years.
- Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
- Must have a laptop and a broadband connection for remote work.
