MyLabs Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE)with 6 months to 2 years of experience in international marketing, specifically in the medical tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving international client acquisition, building strong relationships with healthcare service providers, and utilizing digital marketing strategies to expand MyLabs Healthcare's global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
International Marketing: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract international patients seeking medical treatments in India. Target markets may include the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other regions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international patients, healthcare partners, hospitals, and medical professionals.
Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to promote MyLabs services internationally.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through online research, networking, and attending international healthcare conferences or webinars.
Market Research: Stay updated on global healthcare trends, competitors, and emerging markets to identify new growth opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by developing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on international sales activities, client interactions, and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in international marketing or business development within the medical tourism or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of international healthcare markets, especially medical tourism.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with international clients and healthcare providers.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
