Role Description

This is a full-time position for an International Business Development Executive/Manager located in Mumbai. The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing international business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining partnerships, and liasioning with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven (2-5 years)

• experience in international business development

Ability to adapt to International Business Hours for the assigned Markets is a must.

• Strong understanding of global markets and business trends
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in

Engineering , BSC (MBA mktg)

• Business Administration, International Business Development, or a related field
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• Experience in the Refractory/ceramics /Steel industry is a plus
